Court Office Hours are Monday through Friday - 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (closed on holidays). Court Office is closed daily between 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM.
Court is in session on Mondays and Wednesdays, starting at 1:30 PM.
* If you intend to plead NOT Guilty, DO NOT make a payment. Contact the Court at 304-256-1719
* When making payment, a $2.50 online fee and a 3.25% credit card processing fee will be added to the total fines and costs assessed.
* Any active warrants will remain outstanding until the court receives your internet payment, usually within 24 to 48 hours.
